Survey & Installation Service
We have two dedicated teams of experienced fitters that cover the whole of the UK (we have also installed in Southern Ireland and Mainland Europe).
These professionals are qualified fabricators and have spent many years manufacturing our products within the factory to ensure they have extensive knowledge of our products before they become one of our fitters. They are committed to providing the highest quality of work that often surpasses our customer expectations.
Site Survey
One of our installation team or a member of the senior management team will arrange a convenient date and time with you to discuss your requirements in more detail.
They will then carry out a thorough site survey, covering access, health and safety, detailed drawing and measuring up of the designated area which may also include taking photographs with the client's permission.
On completion of the survey, we will provide you with a detailed quotation and 3D drawing where appropriate.
Installation Process
Our fitters arrive on site wearing corporate clothing along with all the required PPE before our delivery vehicles arrive. The installation team leader will introduce himself and confirm all details with you or your representative. Once our team has completed your booking-in procedure and have your permission to start work, the delivery will commence.
Our fitters will handle the unloading of our products, the unwrapping and safe disposal of waste along with the movement of our products to their final designated area.
Health & Safety
All of our fitters are CSCS accredited and some of our fitters have undergone CRB clearance to enable them to work in schools and areas of restricted access.
All method statements and risk assessments will be fully adhered to. In the majority of cases we use cordless hand tools to minimise the risks when working on site, however if we have to use mains power tools these are restricted to 110 volts.
