About Us

Amp Wire Ltd is a UK manufacturing company trading for nearly two decades with a dedicated team of 25 made up from qualified engineers, time served professionals supported by apprentices.  The collective team has over 400 years experience in the manufacture of a wide range of wire mesh products. 

Our products are used in a wide variety of applications throughout the world ranging from OEM manufacturers, retail, health care and medical, construction, education, local authorities and charities to name just a few. 

Our quality systems are audited by an independent body in line with ISO9001 accreditation and we are currently in the process of achieving the ISO14001 accreditation.

Custom Designs (Bespoke) and Cost Effective Solutions:

The Amp team works closely with clients from concept stage to find the most practical and cost effective solution for our customers.  We can work directly from drawings supplied by clients and often produce samples from concept drawings supplied on post it notes!  We pride ourselves on the ability to visualise our customer's ideas and transfer them into prototypes or 3D visuals within a very short lead time.
